Supervisory Board and Management Board

With a proportion of women on the Supervisory Board at 41.6% (5 women out of 12 members) and 28.5% on the Board of Management (2 women out of 7 members) at the time of the resolution, the Supervisory Board set a target of 40% on the Supervisory Board and 28.5% on the Board of Management by December 31, 2025.

As of December 31, 2024:

  • the Supervisory Board of Mercedes-Benz Mobility AG consists of 12 members, including 6 women, representing a 50% proportion of women.
  • the Board of Management consisted of four members, including one woman, with a proportion of women at 25%. With the appointment of an additional male member on January 1, 2025, the total number of Board members increased to five, resulting in a proportion of women on the Board of Management of 20% from that date.

First and second management levels

With a proportion of women at 21.4% (3 women out of a total of 14 managers) at the first management level and 24.5% (14 women out of a total of 57 managers) at the second management level below the Board of Management at the time of the resolution, the Board of Management set a target of 28% for both levels below the Board of Management by December 31, 2025.

As of December 31, 2024:

  • the first management level below the Board of Management consists of 17 managers, including 7 women, corresponding to a proportion of women at 41.2%.
  • At the second management level below the Board of Management, 21 out of a total of 65 managers are women, corresponding to a 32.3% proportion of women.
